Privacy Notice

Last updated

This notice explains what information is involved when you use Review Authenticity Report, a free tool that screens product reviews for signs of being fake.

The reviews you paste

The review checker runs entirely in your web browser. The reviews and product names you paste are analyzed on your own device. They are not sent to our servers, and we do not store them. When you close or reload the page, they are gone.

If you paste a product link, the checker only reads the address to build a shortcut to that product's reviews. The store page opens in a new tab, directly between you and the store.

Advertising

This site shows ads from a third-party advertising partner. To show and measure ads, the partner's code may use cookies or similar technologies and may receive information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the page you are viewing. That processing is governed by the partner's own privacy policy. You can limit ad tracking in your browser settings or with a content blocker.

Fonts and hosting

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and basic browser information when the fonts are downloaded. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and reliability.

What we do not do

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
